Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness to our instructors and clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all sessions, classes, and appointments at Pilates Plus:

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session fee.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and the full session fee will still apply.

All cancellations must be made through the Mindbody app, client portal, or by contacting the studio directly within the cancellation window.

We appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from booking and directly impact our instructors.
