By booking and participating in any class, session, or service at [Studio Name], you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Studio Policies
All services must be booked in advance through Mindbody or an approved booking method.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Packages, memberships, and sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless required by law.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients are responsible for adhering to the studio’s Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged according to the policy in effect at the time of booking.
Health & Safety
Clients confirm they are physically able to participate in Pilates or fitness-based activities.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations prior to class.
The studio reserves the right to refuse service if participation may pose a safety risk.
Class Participation
Late arrivals may not be admitted once a class has started.
Sessions may be shortened due to late arrival, and the full session fee will still apply.
Proper attire and appropriate behavior are required at all times.
Personal Belongings
[Studio Name] is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought onto the premises.
Schedule & Instructor Changes
The studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and services as needed.
Classes may be canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
Media Release (Optional – remove if not applicable)
By attending classes, you grant permission for the studio to use photographs or videos taken during sessions for marketing purposes, unless you notify the studio in writing.
Agreement
By checking the box at booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with the studio’s Liability Waiver and Cancellation Policy.

Pilates Studio Liability Waiver & Release of Claims
I acknowledge that participation in Pilates classes, private sessions, workshops, or use of studio facilities involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, falls, dizziness, or other physical injuries.
I confirm that:
I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation, or I have consulted with a physician before participating.
I will inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to participating.
I understand it is my responsibility to work within my own physical limits and to stop immediately if I experience pain.
